YAY! Now I'm nervous o_o
I HAVE to go though and being signed up will surely make me go. Nervous or not I am also very excited!

Also, I have decided to REALLY start working out again. I have been bad and have been very lazy.
I am getting into the grove of things again. My wii games are my gym and I love it. I have aerobics, pilates, boxercise, yoga and all sorts of things. I have been working out for an hour a day and managing to burn over 400 calories. Not bad not bad!
I have been so sore too but that just means it's working. The soreness will subside soon enough if I keep it up.
I want to be in shape and healthy before July! Always good to be in tip top shape before a big trip or change in your life.
I have heard that a lot of people get sick when they go to Japan or other countries for the first times. Their bodies aren't use to it or something. When I went for 2 weeks I didn't even catch a cold and it was flu season. So I think I'm ok.
Either way, I want to be comfortable in my body since the weather will be soooo hot and humid.
Do you guys get in shape before going places?
